Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of marketing, including content creation, copywriting, social media management, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
They should possess strong initiative and be able to work independently to drive our marketing initiatives forward.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with our annual marketing plan.
Implement big-picture marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including social media posts, emails, and landing pages.
Manage and optimize social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Linked In, to maximize reach and engagement.
Familiarity with the P1 5-day challenge model and ascension plan, with the ability to apply it effectively on Linked In.
Craft engaging email marketing campaigns, including writing and designing emails, and analyzing performance metrics.
Design and optimize landing pages and workflows for marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing and content creation, preferably in the health or business sector.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different target audiences.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Linked In, for marketing purposes.
Familiarity with the P1 5-day challenge model and ascension plan, or willingness to learn and apply it effectively.
Experience in email marketing, including writing engaging copy and analyzing campaign performance.
Ability to create effective landing pages and workflows using tools like Asana.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
