About The Role This is a unique opportunity to join IVE's Group Marketing team. We are looking for a marketing specialist who is passionate about good marketing – from clear communications through to clever and creative content with cut-through. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, can-do attitude and phenomenal attention to detail and be experienced in both content and collateral creation - from generating ideas to managing a project to bring the content to life. This role will drive proactive marketing campaigns focused around capturing our work, storytelling and building the IVE brand seamlessly and consistently in market.
This role is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Braeside, Victoria. In this role, your main responsibilities will be: Develop and implement proactive marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote IVE Group's offering.Manage IVE Group's social channels, intranet and website – planning, coordinating, drafting, scheduling and posting content across all platforms.Develop content ideas and manage content creation through our in-house designers, animators and creative specialists – including organising video and photoshoots as required.Oversee the creation, development and updating of IVE's group marketing materials.Support IVE's various business units in specialised marketing support – from sales collateral through to standalone campaigns.Support in the delivery of IVE's internal communications program.Support in the delivery of IVE's Group wide events.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the group to assist in identifying marketing and content opportunities – ensuring alignment with wider marketing and business objectives.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Stay up to date on industry news and trends to continually improve marketing efforts and identify opportunities for further promotion.Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role - agency experience not essential but favourable given IVE's diverse offering across channels, disciplines and industries.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, website management and marketing collateral creation.Ability to analyse and report on marketing campaigns.Our Culture & Benefits As part of our IVE Care program, we invest significantly into employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety.
