What We Are Looking For: A motivated, dynamic, and creative Marketing Promotions Officer to join our team at our Spring Hill office.
As our Marketing Promotions Officer, you will play a crucial role in elevating our organisation's visibility and attracting new clients.
You will manage marketing and promotional activities, ensuring compliance with our organisational policies, the Aged Care Act, and Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities: Creating, managing, and monitoring organisational social media presence and client communications, tailoring marketing strategies to effectively target audiences, ensuring inclusivity for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
Creating, managing, and reporting on marketing and promotional strategies to boost organisational awareness, particularly within the aged care sector.
Planning, coordinating, and managing promotional events, such as expos, ensuring effective scheduling and execution.
Demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders, including building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other service providers.
Managing multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and working with minimal supervision.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies, maintaining high standards in marketing and promotional services.
Participating in meetings and assisting in developing resources, evaluating outcomes, and providing feedback to the CEO.
Role Requirements: Preferably a background or education in business, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the aged care sector.
Expertise in managing social media and client communications.
Strong event coordination skills and ability to handle promotional activities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in high-level computer skills, including MS Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt to varying needs.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Current Australian Driver's License.
Right to Work in Australia permanently with no restrictions.
