What You'll Do
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the national marketing team to develop impactful and innovative marketing campaigns and assets. This will be a hands-on role and you'll have the opportunity to learn from the highly-skilled specialists in the team from designers to communications experts and digital marketers.
Key Responsibilities
Manipulation of databases to create market intelligence and distribution listsSupport the digital team in SEO and keyword research, publish articles and contentSupport the social media team lead with content coordination and reportingWork with senior marketing and design team to create and distribute marketing and promotional materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, banners, invitations, profiles capability statements, digital assets and videoWork with senior marketing to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including loading content to landing pages and website, setting up EDMs and Google Ads admin and monitoringProvide assistance to local offices with management of sponsorships, functions, seminars and other networking eventsPerform updates to marketing section of the intranet, myRSMAssist with the implementation and support of national marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns and projects
Who You Are
You are an ideal candidate for this role if:
You are currently studying towards or have completed a bachelor's degree with majors in Marketing, Communications or Public RelationsYou have at least two years relevant work experience in marketing and communicationsYou possess advanced PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and have some familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite particularly Adobe IndesignYou have some experience in marketing automation platformsYou are a self-starter and a team player and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table
