Marketing Officer Permanent Full Time St Hilda's School seeks to appoint a Marketing Officer who is positive and energetic, whose primary purpose is to support the Marketing Department and broader school community with coordinating internal and external publication documents. This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Marketing and Brand Coordinator and Enrolments, Community and Events Teams.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Coordinate School Photography Coordinate internal and external publication documents such as the Ammonite and the Spirit Magazine Assist Marketing and Brand Coordinator with social media and copywriting when required Graphic Design - creation of flyers, invitations, and programs for events Event administration Assist staff and Marketing and Brand Coordinator with creating on-brand templates for internal communication such as signage, posters, and handbooks Skills and Abilities Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines Photography skills, or willing to develop Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and Microsoft Office High level communication skills, written and verbal A professional, confident, and helpful approach Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and an eye for detail Qualifications Marketing or Business Degree in a relevant field is desirable Prior experience in School Administration is an advantage but not essential Current Paid Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement Why join St Hilda's School?
