Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry.
The annual salary would be estimated to 60-80k USD.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
Manage the creation of marketing assets and collateral, working closely with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
