Job Description:
HRG Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, this part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts- Provide support in organizing and executing marketing events and activities- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms- Innovation and creativity in problem-solving- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
