About the Role: As the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growing the business in the Australian market by 4-5x over the next two years. You'll juggle both short-term wins and long-term strategies, with key responsibilities including:
Acquisition numbers & performance: Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to forecast budgets and track daily results (20%). Strategy & execution: Develop unpaid and CRM growth strategies across SEO, social media, content planning, and new channels (50%). New acquisition channels: Identify and manage cost-effective partnerships and affiliates (30%). What You'll Bring: Start-up experience: You're used to rolling up your sleeves and working hands-on across multiple marketing channels. Data-driven: You live by the numbers, using insights to inform decisions and guide strategy. Great energy & executional power: You move fast, execute flawlessly, and balance detailed tasks with big-picture thinking. Marketing mindset: A keen understanding of local market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.
