Description We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Double Bay.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our corporate side of the business.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, you will also be supporting the Funds Management, Capital Transaction and Asset Management team across event management, corporate communications and digital media to promote Haben and its group of shopping centres.
Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia.
We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
About the role Assisting the National Marketing Manager in developing and implementing effective communication strategies Creating and managing internal and external communications to ensure a consistent message including investment memorandums, presentations, newsletters, advertising collateral, digital media and PR Coordinating and managing corporate events, functions and customer databases Liaising with marketing, design, legal and content teams to produce high-quality content Maintaining knowledge of company developments and industry trends to facilitate communication tasks About you Tertiary education in a marketing related field is preferable Demonstrated experience in a marketing, PR, Communications related industry, preferably B2 B Experience with digital media including social content creation, videography, and content management software such as Drupal and Word Press Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the media landscape Solid understanding of media relations and digital media strategies Design skills across the Adobe suite would be a bonus Experience with CRM software (e.g.
Salesforce) is a plus This role is based working from our newly built Head Office located in Double Bay.
You may be required to travel to our centres across the East Coast at times, along with some work outside of normal hours at certain key times, for example during a period of a property transaction or for Haben functions & events.
