Job Description This is an opportunity for an all-round marketer to join the NSW Residential Project Marketing team, supporting the Project Managers and Project Directors in executing project marketing strategies, and delivering communications and marketing initiatives.
Set up and manage projects in various systems (Dev ID, Particle, CRM, Avanser) and maintain project display suites collateral.
Manage online property listings, email campaigns, and social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In).
Liaise with clients, advertising, media & PR agencies, architects, and other consultants to manage deliverables and communications.
Organise and manage project launches, client and customer events, and provide support for project updates.
Compile and produce digital magazines, e DMs, and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide reports and presentations for client meetings, assist with client invoicing, and manage database communications strategies.
Execute Colliers NSW Residential brand initiatives (B2 B and B2 C).
Qualifications Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty Prior marketing experience, with a strong preference for property or professional services Excellent oral and written communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience working with CRM and email marketing systems Superior time management with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, stakeholder expectations and day-to-day duties simultaneously Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
