Role Overview: Marketing Coordinator As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing department's initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and tracking various marketing programs as well as independently coordinating community and marketing events, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of all related activities.
Key Responsibilities: Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs.
Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
Assist with developing and managing content including blogs and public relations efforts.
Conduct market research and identify trends.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
Experience using web analytics tools, Mailchimp, and Shopify.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience using web analytics tools, Mailchimp, and Shopify is required.

Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Education: Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Personal Attributes: Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
A passion for plants and an interest in the green industry is highly desirable.
