Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience at Thredbo from trip planning and product comparison through to the arrival journey and in-resort experience.
In this role, you'll be managing multiple projects at one time across Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Stakeholder Engagement, and Account Management while meeting all deadlines.
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, you are to assist with the delivery of direct customer communications, as well as presenting Thredbo product to Thredbo guests in a way that is engaging and easily understood.

If you're up for an exciting opportunity to: Build and develop Thredbo's website Coordinate marketing requirements from all areas of the business Create and manage the distribution of Thredbo communications Management of resort relationships Experience and Skills: Specialist skills within their current role or area of work Strong customer service knowledge Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a Marketing or Guest Services role, client or agency side.
Working knowledge of a content management system (e.g., Word Press) and email marketing program (e.g., Acoustic, Mail Chimp) Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) system and databases.
Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop and adhering to brand guidelines.
