Your new role
As our Content Marketing Coordinator you will be our go-to person developing and sharing all Swaggle content to help guide our customers across their pet parenting journey. From blogs, to social media, video, email and our sales and promotions. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and love of creating content that captures attention as well as a passion for pets and pet parenting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Performance & Content Marketing Managers to develop content for use across Swaggle channelsExecute social media strategy and develop social content with guidance from the Content Marketing Manager and run community managementBe the go-to-person for content on our site, owning our promo calendar and working closely with SEO agency to develop high-performing blog and collection page contentExecute email and sms campaigns alongside the Content Marketing Manager & implement test & learn program to optimise them.Experience and Skills Required:
Degree in marketing/communication or equivalent discipline1-2 years experience in eCommerce, retail, CRM or digitalA creative flair and love of creating content that captures attention (photography and/or video skills a bonus).A passion for writing and creating. Great communication skills, both written and verbally.An understanding of, or a passion for an array of organic social channels best practices and tactics to drive growth and engagement.Ideally, experience across the below:o CRM platforms (Klaviyo a bonus) & eCommerce platforms (Shopify a bonus).
o Social scheduling and reporting platforms like Sprout, Hootsuite, Later etc
o Analytics tools
A willingness to learn or knowledge of SEO best practice and writing for SEO.Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment and being able to react to changes quickly and efficiently.Strong project management and attention to detail.Passionate about pets!Flexible working arrangements.Work with a passionate team in the growing pet care industry.A unique opportunity to join a fast-paced start-up full of talent, which is part of the Coles Group.Join Our Team:
