Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.2. Team LeadershipManage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, and provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.Set performance goals and metrics for the team and individual team members.Track and assess team performance against these goals and provide regular feedback.3.
