This includes supporting holistic brand and public relations opportunities, developing data platform strategies, analysing customer data, developing insights and continued CX improvement. The appointee will drive lead generation and ensure a consistent and optimal CX across all channels including digital and retail.About youYou are a driven marketing and CX leader, with experience in the automotive, high-value retail or similar sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. With a proven track record of leadership and team development, you possess deep expertise in brand, ATL and BTL communications including customer relations, PR and CRM, with strong experience in strategy development and management of agency partners. A best practice customer experience leader, you are an exceptional stakeholder manager, executive team member, and collaborator between departments and divisions to ensure and enable alignment and best business outcomes.
