Job Description:

Deere is looking for a passionate and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position with an Associate level seniority, requiring at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Assist in organizing events and promotions to increase brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Passion for marketing and willingness to learn and grow in the role
