Role Overview
As a Marketing & Campaign Specialist at Xplorate, you will be responsible for driving and executing groundbreaking marketing campaigns that position the company at the forefront of its industry. Working closely with our leadership team, you'll be tasked with promoting Xplorate's unique value proposition across digital platforms, primarily focusing on HubSpot and LinkedIn, while using Canva to create visually compelling materials.
We're seeking someone who isn't bound by preconceived notions and wants to innovate at every step. You'll need to thrive in discomfort, face challenges head-on, and challenge conventional marketing strategies to discover what truly works. This is a role where thinking outside the box isn't just encouraged—it's a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, manage, and execute bold marketing campaigns across digital platforms, with a key focus on HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Canva.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief of Staff to align marketing strategies with Xplorate's disruptive vision and strategic goals.
• Propose campaign budgets and ensure strict adherence to those budgets, maintaining cost-efficiency and high returns on investment.
• Leverage data, insights, and creative thinking to constantly refine campaigns, pushing for optimal engagement and measurable results.
• Continuously innovate and iterate on campaign strategies to deliver impactful, industry-defying results.
• Challenge traditional marketing practices and identify opportunities to pioneer new methods of engagement.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of results.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign management is non-negotiable. You must be highly skilled in leveraging its tools for campaign design, management, and optimization.
• Expertise in LinkedIn for brand-building and engagement. You'll have a proven ability to use LinkedIn effectively as a primary marketing channel.
• Highly proficient in Canva for creating engaging visual content that aligns with campaign strategies.
• Ability to propose and manage marketing budgets effectively, with a track record of sticking to budgets and delivering high ROI.
• Positive, can-do attitude with an unshakable belief in overcoming obstacles and achieving the impossible.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge preconceived notions and discover new marketing strategies that disrupt the norm.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and agility are key.
