Role Info:Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire HQ (OX11)
Salary: £24,000 Plus Benefits

Where You'll Shine:As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the marketing function to ensure the team meets their goals. This is a varied position that supports all areas of marketing including assisting with newsletters, social media, website communication, events, advertising, and PR.
Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day posting across all social media channelsManaging and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing relationships onlineSupporting the Content Creator with imagery and design of newslettersCreating images and short videos to post on social media platformsMonitoring and developing reports on competitor activity across all social media platformsAnalysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for improvementKeeping up to date with industry trends and any emerging technologiesManaging production of adverts and updating the relevant advertising trackerManaging clippings and printed advertsUpdating press lists and nurturing relationships with publications and journalistsSupporting the Sales and Marketing Executive with admin and other tasks to ensure effective implementation of any trade shows, networking events, and exhibitionsHelping with the preparation and breakdown for any eventsAssisting the team with any admin as requiredAbout You:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising or other relevant qualification. Alternatively work experience within the marketing fieldHave a creative mindset and an eye for designThrives at building relationships both internally and externallyHighly organisedEfficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordInterest and ability in analysing data and metrics to ensure continuous improvementPrevious experience using Adobe creative suite, software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Lightroom is a benefitFurther qualifications in a business-related field is an advantageBonus and Benefits:David Harber Ltd are a family-owned, sociable company based in a rural location a short distance from Didcot and its rail links.
