Handle customer inquiries and provide support 24/7.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to studio operations.
Requirements: Experience in setting up and managing membership or CRM systems.
Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms.
Ability to create engaging content, including graphics and videos.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Basic understanding of Pilates or fitness industry (preferred).
Scope: Full-time role (40 hours per week).
Remote work with flexible hours to cover 24/7 customer support.
Direct reporting to the studio owner.
