About Us Royal Life Saving WA is the peak drowning prevention and water safety education organisation and is committed to new and innovative ways to share our stories. Join a not-for-profit organisation leading efforts to prevent drowning and empower the WA community to be safe when in, on and around the water.
Who we are looking for We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented person to join our team and drive our digital marketing and communications. In this role you will get the opportunity to work across our organisation to meet our people, discover our stories and share our impacts in creating safer communities. This role is the perfect fit for someone who has at least two years' experience in a similar role, is looking for the opportunity to grow their career and work closely with the organisation to make a difference in preventing drowning in our communities.
Key responsibilities: Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing materials related digital and print marketing strategy Assist team members with creative briefs and collaborate with third party vendorsEnsure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identityAssist in maintaining the annual marketing calendar including content creationContribute as a valued team member and positively impact on our corporate reputationUndertake other relevant duties as directed, consistent with skills, competence, and training.We want someone who has: Minimum two years' experience in a similar roleExceptional written and verbal communication skills Sound time management and multi-tasking skillsProficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CanvaAbility to collaborate as part of a team and the ability to work independentlyExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailA tertiary qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent experienceThe role can be based in our Mt Claremont head office or Mandurah regional office, depending on the successful candidate's location, but our staff enjoy a blend of working from home and in the office.
