The Position
This is a key role in a friendly, motivated team leading the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies for the National Environmental Science Program Climate Systems Hub. This role of Marketing and Communications Officer involves planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of internal and external communications materials to effectively convey our research findings and mission to diverse audiences.
The Person
We seek a collaborative team member with exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of swiftly cultivating effective, professional relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess degrees in Media and Communications, Science Communication, Environmental Sciences, or related fields, coupled with demonstrated expertise in their respective areas. They should excel in translating technical or scientific information into accessible formats for diverse audiences and have a strong track record in producing publications and delivering compelling public presentations.
