Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Full time $104,000–$114,000per year+ Super+ Salary Packaging The Marketing and Communications Manager will report to the Chief Operating Financial Officer and will plan, develop, and implement Communities at Work's marketing and communication strategies and initiatives to drive Communities at Work's Strategic Plan. This role contributes significantly to organisational success, growth, innovation, and the development and promotion of Communities at Work as a leader in the community sector.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage Communities at Work's brand and marketing and communications strategies and initiatives to drive organisation's Strategic PlanLead and manage the Marketing and Communications team and activitiesManage Communities at Work's marketing and communications strategy, including: -Strategic Public relations -Media Relations -Content marketing -Digital marketing  -Social media -Advertising -Reporting and Market researchManage Communities at Work's events strategy to leverage and promote Communities at Work's expertise and thought leadershipDrive a positive customer journey to deliver a better experience and outcome for customers and clients and increase lifetime value of clientsSupport business development activities to drive business goals, identify new business opportunities, build relationships and drive positive partnerships and opportunities for growthManage relevant platforms and assets, including contracts and subscriptions with external agencies and suppliersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders at all levelsDevelop and maintain partnerships and collaborative relationships with community sector associatesDrive continuous improvement and development of Communities at Work's marketing and communications through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.Manage allocated budget to maximise resultsReport on progress and outcomes to the Chief Operating Financial Officer.About YouYou will bring an entrepreneurial approach to Communities at Work's Marketing and Communications, with strong project management skills and ability to deliver timely and quality outcomes.
