The Opportunity Sealink, Marine Operations are looking for a local Marine Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional communication and administration services and support within our marine businesses.
This role will see you coordinating human and physical resources including our fleet, tours and staff as directed by our Marine Operations Manager.
We provide our guests with seamless voyage across the sandy strait and adventures on K'gari (Fraser Island), the UNESCO World Heritage listed island.
This is a permanent part-time role based in Hervey Bay with a lot to offer!
About You We are looking for someone with a passion for multitasking, planning and coordinating of all things fleet and people.
You will provide high level communication, are proficient in the preparation of reports and maintenance schedules.
You can deliver acute accuracy in record compliance and data entry and have fantastic administrative support skills.
You'll have an ability to connect with people from all walks of life whilst keeping a professional and friendly manner.
Ideally, you've already worked in a role where you have experienced marine operations.
