Projects:

The company has a strong interest in road projects to Council, RMS & TMR specifications across QLD. Fast track your career to Project Management.

Duties:

Oversee and manage project execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery.

Take ownership of cost tracking and financial reporting for your section of works, driving accountability.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors to ensure project success.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite construction activities, keeping projects on track.

Lead the procurement process by securing competitive quotes and managing key supplier relationships.

Ensure safety compliance by working closely with supervisors to create and maintain a safe working environment.

Implement OH&S procedures consistently, prioritizing safety at all times.

Supervise works and manage specialist subcontractors for optimal performance.

Oversee construction planning, scheduling, and programming to ensure project milestones are met.

Track project costs, prepare monthly progress claims, and deliver detailed financial reports.

Ensure strict adherence to relevant standards, policies, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Seamlessly manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and driving results.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects.

Experience developing, implementing, and managing budgets and forecasts.

Willing to travel throughout Queensland.
