We are looking to appoint an experienced Manufacturing Manager to deliver our current opportunities and significant future work packages. This role will also play a major part in the design and configuration of our new Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Hub.

About the roleReporting to the Executive GM, the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Manufacturing and Support team.
Your key accountabilities include: Plan and schedule Manufacturing tasks meeting schedule and cost drivers.Provide reports to all levels of the business as relates to operations.Establish, maintain, and develop strong, direct relationships with customers and suppliers and put REDARC front of mind for solutions to customer needs.Support the REDARC bid process for maximum probability of win success.Work with the team and Defence customers to create unique customised product solutions maintaining REDARC's sales process and driving growth.Continually mentor and develop the team to provide personal and career growth opportunities within the REDARC group.About youTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a track record in product and solution delivery with the ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical, in a clear and concise manner.
