In this permanent full-time role you will work across the full breadth and depth of the organisation, with senior clinicians and executive management, to deliver, monitor, and refine an effective and coordinated approach to workforce planning and analytics.
Generous remuneration package value up to $166,569 p.a. comprising: Salary ranges between $136,035 and $145,990 per annum (AO7 - 76 hours per fortnight)4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 17.5% loading12.75% employer superannuation contributionOther employment benefits may include: salary sacrificing options, long-service and sick leave accrual, employee wellness and assistance programs and access to corporate discounts.
Requirements: Qualifications relevant to the role would be well regarded.Well-developed data analysis skills with a strong track record of using these skills to collate, interrogate and present data-driven insights to senior management.Demonstrated ability to develop and apply best practice workforce planning frameworks (or similar) for a large, complex organisation.Demonstrated ability to apply best practice project management and change management techniques to successfully deliver projects in complex settings.Strong written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and other documentation for senior decision-makers.Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills, and the proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide authoritative advice to senior decision makers.Expert knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire expert knowledge of, the health system, drivers of reform, the healthcare workforce, and the associated human resource and policy environment of Queensland Health.About the location Find out more about Living in Townsville; a tropical/coastal North Queensland city and the largest regional centre in northern Australia.
