The Manager of Transition Projects and Operational Policy plays a critical role in supporting the establishment of the new Social Services Regulator. As a member of the SSR senior leadership team, you will work on a broad range of projects across policy, regulatory, governance, and strategic planning areas to support building an aligned and high-performing organisation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Manage a high-performing team to deliver strategic projects that have cross-organisational impact and contribute to the establishment of the Social Services Regulator.Provide up-to-date reporting and insight into project delivery to support organisational oversight and prioritisation.Support the establishment of a program governance framework to support Social Services Regulator operations and reporting.COVID-19 VACCINATION
The Regulator strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances. As of June 2023, SSR does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
