About the role:
Assistant Managers are responsible for restaurant operations under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. They provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to restaurant employees, lead the guest experience, problem solve day to day operational issues as they arise, and ensure all areas of safety legislation and brand standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach restaurant employees.
Lead the guest experience and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with safety legislation and brand standards.
Develop future leaders in the team.

Skills & Experience:

Supervisory experience preferable.
Passion for exceeding guest expectations.
High level of energy and sense of urgency.
Great communication skills.
Highly organised.
Works well in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications:

First Aid and CPR (desirable).
National FSS (desirable).
Fire Training (desirable).
National Police Check.
