Are you passionate about making a difference? WISE Employment is seeking a solutions-oriented Manager who will provide effective leadership and management to WISE Employment's Social Enterprises in Bendigo, while growing the business services at Peppergreen Farm in support of NDIS funded disability employment placements.
They will have a focus on managing the Social Enterprise in support of end-to-end service delivery, community access, employment and training programs.

below).Key Accountabilities of the Role: Service Delivery Oversee, supervise and support Team Leaders and other direct reports in the performance of their teams and duties.Actively develop and maintain effective relationships with existing customers and professionally assess & respond to their needs in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications.Have a working knowledge of NDIS contractual requirements.Work effectively with suppliers, contractors and other relevant services.Work effectively with other departments and divisions of WISE.Strategy and Improvement Lead and drive the strategic objectives of the Pepper Green Farm Social Enterprises generating fulfilling employment opportunities for supported employees and the community.Develop creative and strategic responses and approaches to long term business planning.Continually identify and respond to alternative sources of funding, revenue and expenditure management, including tender writing.Identify and source potential customers and effectively develop sustainable relationships leading to new business.Provide effective leadership, management, direction and support to staff within the department and the organisation.Actively contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of WISE Employment.Help create a workplace of empowered employees who engage in the continual improvement initiatives, assisting them to adapt to change.Finance, Reporting and Business Operations Be proactive in risk identification, notification and management.Work with the Finance Team to produce the timely and accurate preparation of strategic (future) and corporate (business) plans, budgets, annual statements, information returns and any other statutory requirements.Initiating, developing and monitoring the use of appropriate systems and processes that improve business operations.Ensure compliance with all legislative, industry standards, quality and policy requirements of WISE Employment.People Uphold our mission, values and purpose in all interactions with employees, and empower and educate employee's members to do the same.Support others to Resources Manager, develop and implement appropriate people strategies to assist in the performance and development of employees, and to improve business operations, such as workforce management.Build and maintain appropriate Mental Health & Disability awareness and literacy across management and supervisory positions.Key Selection Criteria Extensive, relevant experience at a Senior Management level and demonstrated staff responsibilities.Relevant tertiary qualification in a Community/Human Services field.Extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), business modelling, service agreements, pricing and adherence to quality service delivery and industry standards.A record of achievement in a leadership role involving strategic planning, quality, compliance, risk management and staff/participant safety.Experience in developing business plans and risk management identification.Possess a high level of management and leadership skills including the proven ability to provide direction, mentoring and support to a multi-disciplinary team of people working in a highly visible area requiring high quality results often within tight timeframes.Demonstrated interpersonal skills, which facilitate interaction, cooperation and trust with relevant groups and individuals including the team and internal stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.Knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth and State Government funding and commercial revenue as it relates to Social Enterprises.Business acumen.Ability to use Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel.Excellent personal presentation skills and experience.Demonstrated commitment, alignment and role modelling of WISE Employment's values.Are you ready to
