Manager Service And Support

You will lead our IT Service Support team and IT service management functions, ensuring that our technology support is of the highest quality and our customers are consistently satisfied. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.
A critical focus of this role is managing a third party responsible for an outsourced service management function, that seeks to create a unified and optimised service approach. You will work across our entire business, building strong relationships and ensuring all requests and tasks are handled and managed to the highest standard and require a strong understanding of IT Service Management technology, ITIL disciplines, and Service Desk processes.
