The role As the Manager Safety and Wellbeing, you will lead the development and implementation of Gippsland Water's safety, health and wellbeing strategy.
You'll drive initiatives to achieve a best-practice safety culture, ensuring the organisation meets its legislative requirements while fostering a safe, supportive work environment.
Leading a specialist team, you will deliver expert safety advisory services that empower the business to operate safely and effectively.
What you'll bring You'll have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and extensive experience in leading safety, health, and wellbeing initiatives in a complex organisation.
Your leadership skills will inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and your proven ability to develop and execute strategies will enhance safety performance.
Additionally, you'll bring strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
