As our Manager (Risk Analytics), you'll help us lead and deliver risk-focused data and analytics projects for clients in a diverse range of industries, applying a blend of business and technical skills to deliver insights through data. You can expect to:

Drive the growth of a national Risk Analytics team by supporting recruitment, capability building, and business development initiatives (including internal and external stakeholders coordination).
Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
Manage onshore and offshore teams in delivering analytics projects, including coaching and quality review.
Support the development and roll-out of Risk Analytics solutions, tools, and methodologies within EY and for our clients.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to inspire collaboration and innovation in diverse project teams and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate and present data-driven business insights.
Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and/or data visualisation and knowledge of tools and techniques for processing data (e.g. SQL, PowerQuery, etc.).
Experience working with large and complex datasets, designing solutions to solve business problems using data, and developing and documenting data solutions and methods.
Proficiency in and understanding of a relevant area complementary to Risk Analytics (e.g. Internal Audit, Data Governance, Risk Management).
Experience in the business development process, including building stakeholder relationships, account management, tender and proposal creation and/or sales.

We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
