Manager, QVAD Review Board IMS Review Project
Exciting Role - Temporary, Full-time, Brisbane CBD | Be responsible for managing projects relating to the improvement of the QVAD Review Board IMS.The roleIn this role, you will lead projects to enhance the Queensland Voluntary Assisted Dying Review Board Information Management System (QVAD Review Board IMS), working closely with eHealth Queensland, software developers, and external agencies to ensure seamless integration.
You will collaborate with authorised practitioners to address access barriers and streamline processes for managing and troubleshooting IMS issues.
Your responsibilities will include implementing a renewal process for authorized practitioners, developing exception reports to monitor compliance, and driving innovative improvements in consultation with stakeholders.By fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the success of team initiatives and promote a positive work environment.
In all tasks, adherence to ethical decision-making, service quality standards, and workplace health and safety policies will be crucial to maintaining high-quality, safe services.The successful personTo succeed in this role, you will be experienced in managing complex ICT projects and have strong skills in negotiation, consultation, facilitation, leadership, and conflict management.
You will have a proven ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
You should also be adept at navigating complex and sensitive environments, engaging respectfully and effectively with individuals who may hold differing perspectives.Furthermore, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to liaise and consult with personnel at all levels both within and outside the organization.
