We are looking for a Manager of Product Operations who will lead an experienced group to scale digital product operations and drive greater empowerment and accountability for digital product teams.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic thinker with demonstrable ability to align business direction and product operations capability.
Reporting to the Digital Product Operations Team, and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:
Tasked with scaling the operations of the end-to-end digital products development lifecycle.
Empowering the teams to deliver digital products that increase value and reusability for Rio Tinto.
What you'll bring

You are a strategic thinker with demonstrable ability to align business direction and product operations capability.
You have developed and implemented efficient processes to streamline entire product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Conduct regular evaluations of product management processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose, develop, and implement enhancements aligned with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Integration principles.
Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Generate regular reports on product performance, identify issues, and implement effective resolution strategies.
Familiar with implementation of robust OKR framework to set clear goals, track progress so that they ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Overseen product budgets, allocated resources effectively and developed funding strategies to support product development and growth.
