We are looking for a Manager/Principal Business Analyst APAC East to be responsible for leading and supporting their team of Business Analysts within the region. This role will also contribute as part of a delivery team.
This is a great opportunity for a deeply experienced BA with both cross-functional and leadership experience to apply their skills in our innovative Digital Products division.
Reporting to the Manager Business Analysis and working in a collaborative community, you will:
Lead, coach, and mentor a group of business analysts to achieve business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and excellence Act as a liaison between the Business Analysis Chapter, other Chapters, and Domains to support cross-functional initiatives Execute business analysis strategies that align with organisational objectives and support overall business goals Contribute to the development of business analysis best practice process and deliverables. Oversee the implementation of these standards and methodologies, ensuring high quality and accuracy Provide oversight for the projects and product/projects that the team are working on and take ownership of complex projects, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and fusion teams Plan and lead product/project discovery activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements Work closely with designers, product/project owners, solution architects, developers, and testers to deliver user-friendly product/projects Maintain the product/project backlog in coordination with the product/project owner/manager, creating user stories and acceptance criteria Build and maintain working relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business domains and ensure effective communication What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Demonstrated experience in leading BA teams and building business analysis capability Proven ability in running methodical investigations and analysis to understand and implement business solutions Strong understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices Experience in delivering impactful technology projects and optimising the user experience Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Ability to work in unfamiliar contexts and simplify complex problems Proven ability to translate business needs into solution requirements What we offer Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you have helped the world progress.
