These key customer groups include AFL & Club Members, stadium members & suite holders; as well as also working closely with the Head of Stadium.What You'll Be Responsible ForWork with various teams in the organization to achieve a project or goal, including customer journey and customer insights.Design and conduct experiments within a set budget to test hypotheses and evaluate findings for optimization of growth tactics.Research and Insight Development.Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities.Skills You'll NeedGenerates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.Numerical problem solving.Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
