We act for humanity.About the roleThe Manager – Planning and Performance partners with leaders across the organisation, developing annual and division plans, establishing mechanisms to monitor, track and evaluate performance whilst ensuring alignment to the organisational objectives.This is a pivotal role in ensuring Australian Red Cross maintains a suite of plans and performance metrics that guides successful implementation of the organisational strategy.Working with Finance and Risk SMEs, manage the establishment of plans which align to the capacity of the organisation and guide rigorous prioritisation across leadership teams.What you will bringSubstantial working knowledge of annual planning and budgeting processes and strong commercial and risk acumen.Demonstrated ability to draft Executive and Board level reporting to guide decision making relating to risk based allocation of resourcing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in identifying issues, unpacking root causes, outlining recommendations, and driving outcomes.
Able to dive into the detail whilst also maintaining focus on the big picture.Ability to influence, negotiate, and bring together stakeholders at all leadership levels.
