About the Business Intelligence Unit The Business Intelligence Unit is a team of twenty people responsible for leveraging data to provide valuable insights that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care.
About the role Manage a team of business intelligence developers to develop scorecards and reports in FabricContribute to timely strategic and business reporting at a whole of organisational level. This includes monthly board reports and CEO scorecardsProvide business intelligence reporting to Austin Health on activity-based funding, including NWAU estimationProvide monitoring and reporting on the Department of Health Statement of PrioritiesAbout you As the manager, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
