The OpportunityOur Queensland government client is experiencing rapid growth due to recent changes in legislation, resulting in the expansion of their small/medium sized team. To support them on this exciting growth journey they are looking for a temporary (up to 6 months) full-time Manager, People and Culture.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing workforce strategies that uplift workforce capability and culture, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.
Designing and implementing robust performance management systems that engage and support employee professional development and growth.
Driving people and culture policies that promote inclusivity, diversity, equality and safety.
Providing expert advice to line managers on a range of people and culture matters including workplace and industrial relations and other employment relations matters.
RemunerationRemuneration is in the range of $92.00 - $97.00 per hour plus super.
This role offers flexible working options, including working from home, which are negotiable for the right candidate.
