Queensland Family and Child Commission 63 George Street, Brisbane The Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) is implementing Queensland's Child Safe Organisations (CSO) system including a mandatory child safe standards scheme, and a reportable conduct scheme as outlined in the new Child Safe Organisations Act 2024.
In this role you will lead the implementation of new Human Resource strategies, policies and processes and support the workforce transition of the QFCC as it implements the operation of the Child Safe Organisations scheme.
You will lead the design, implementation and transition of staff, and proactively identify and address skill gaps, while ensuring the CSO team, and the existing QFCC staff, are operating harmoniously and effectively, supporting and promoting a clear identity, common culture, and supporting a psychosocially safe and child-safe workplace.
