Join our Second Line Operational Risk Team and play a key role in forming an independent view of Macquarie's specialist Operational Risk profiles to effect change in Non-Financial Risk Management culture across the organisation.

What role will you play?As a Manager, you will provide oversight over new business initiatives, ensure material Operational Risks are identified and managed within our Cyber, Technology, Information Security and Supplier Risk Team.
You will review and challenge the scope and outcome of business risk reporting, targeted assessments, significant incidents, key risk indications, project and assurance activities. In addition, you will provide training and awareness of key risk management policies and contribute to projects to deliver our overall Operational Risk Strategy.
What you offerProven Operational Risk Management experience in a Line 1 or Line 2 capacity.Prior experience in a control function, assurance or internal/external audit role, gained within a financial or professional services firm.Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to uncover hidden insights and form an independent view of the risk profile across the organisation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.About the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
