The opportunity: The Manager of Onelink NSW is a full-time permanent position based at our Yennora location.
This role oversees the Onelink operations and management of a well-established team.
What you will do: Fostering a productive and team-centred culture, founded on the purpose, ambition and values of safety culture, Managing the relationship with its single customer, including conducting quarterly review meetings, monthly performance reports, invoicing and charging, ad-hoc service requests, approvals and other matters.
Developing and executing the contract renewal approach, Identifying and develop opportunities to increase services to current customer, Assisting with the expansion of the Onelink model beyond the current customer, Looking after the day-to-day operations and ensuring service expectations are met, Continuing to improve culture, including the rollout of the purpose, ambition and values of the EBOS group and healthcare segment.
What we are looking for : The ideal candidate will hold experience in; Public health sector, Contract logistics, Healthcare, Line management, including safety and staff engagement, Profit & Loss, Business development, the ability to manage a small to medium size team.
