About the Opportunity
We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity in Brisbane for an experienced Manager of Project Delivery to join the Tait Communications Asia Pacific team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Tait Communications Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust project delivery frameworks to align with organisational goals and ensure operational excellence.
Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics and provide insightful reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Project Delivery who thrives on attention to detail, excels in time management, and possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, translating technical concepts into solutions that meet customer needs.
Strong leadership in delivering complex projects, building lasting client relationships, and driving innovative solutions is essential.
To excel in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in project management or project delivery leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Desirable:

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master).
5+ years of experience in project management within LTE, LMR, wireless, or RF communication systems.
