Here's What You'll Do: Oversee and support our team leaders and therapists, guiding them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Be a hands-on leader, participating in supervision and the day-to-day operations of the hubs.Collaborate with the executive team to shape the direction and growth of Pen Plus, driving projects, developing programs, and advancing professional development.Foster a culture of learning, positivity, and excellence where team members are motivated and empowered to grow.Promote and oversee clinical and service excellence across Pen Plus.What You'll Need to Bring: A professional qualification in Allied Health (speech pathology, occupational therapy, or psychology).The drive to support a thriving, collaborative team.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Experience in running projects to fruition.What's in it for You?
