Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that supports the organisation's Strategic Plan.Create and implement initiatives to enhance organisational culture in alignment with our mission, values, and goals.Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain exceptional talent.Design and manage employee development programs, including leadership training and performance management systems.Facilitate positive employee relations by mediating conflicts and addressing grievances.Oversee competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.Continuously improve technology solutions to support the People & Culture strategy.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.Collaborate with senior executives to assess organisational structure and staffing needs, making recommendations for improvements.Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
A passion for and commitment to working with Aboriginal people and communities to promote self-determination.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A solid understanding of relevant employment legislation.A minimum of three years of experience in human resources, organisational development, and culture management.A proven track record in leading People & Culture initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.Experience in training related to leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.A background in designing and facilitating training programs that enhance employee skills and reinforce organisational values.Expression of Interest: We invite expressions of interest from qualified candidates who are eager to make a meaningful impact within our organisation.
