We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Consultant to join our global digital marketing services firm.
This role is responsible for providing strategic digital marketing consulting services to our clients, guiding the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital marketing and technology strategies, nurturing client relationships, growing accounts and building a pipeline of new consulting opportunities, as well as leading a team of consultants to deliver exceptional results.
You'll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic data, digital media and technology questions.
Working closely with clients to understand their issues, you'll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow monks to transform client potential into performance.

Key Measure of Success Generate and oversee the delivery of a minimum cumulative of $5m in profitable annual revenue across a minimum of 3 accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert digital marketing consulting services, designed to deliver maximum impact for clients.
Partner with our clients to understand their needs and uncover the true scope of work.
Design and lead integrated programs that solve the right problems with the right approach, ensuring the work we're doing delivers the greatest value possible to our customers.
Execute program deliverables, make robustly justified recommendations and present to clients.
Foster alignment on our mission amongst all client stakeholders.
Identify and effectively mitigate program risks.
Continuously educate clients on what we do, how we work and why it works.
Anticipate questions and objections and get ahead of them.
Collaborate with clients and internal (sales and client) teams to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation/transformation and shape strategic plans to address these.
Mentor and supervise a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technology and digital marketing to continuously improve service offerings.
Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, data, digital media/marketing, with 3-5 years consulting and delivering strategy.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital initiatives for diverse clients.
Experience building a pipeline of new business and supporting the sales-cycle by project scoping and developing proposals.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence and inspire team members and clients.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
