Our client, a leading not-for-profit member super fund, is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee and inspire a team of Advice Implementation Specialists, Client Service Officers, and Member Service Officers. With a presence in both Parramatta and Wollongong, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive outstanding support and advice.
Role Overview: As the Client Service Manager, you will be based in either our Wollongong or Parramatta office overseeing the regional client servicing operations ensuring the smooth functioning of office management practices.In partnership with Advice Delivery Managers (ADM), you will contribute to the achievement of regional objectives.
