Build Relationships: You'll be the bridge between care workers and clinicians, ensuring that teamwork is at the core of everything you do. Together, you'll provide the stability that's needed for high-quality care. Foster Excellence: You'll help recruit the best care staff, build their skills, and lead with integrity. You'll ensure they have the tools and training they need to succeed-because when they succeed, your residents thrive. Champion Resident Care: From overseeing care plans to handling complex care situations, you'll be the advocate your residents need, ensuring that every decision made is in their best interest. What You Bring You're a Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and proven experience in aged care or acute care settings.
