Key job responsibilitiesManage a team of Loss Prevention specialists working on 24/7 coverage (this role is daily shift only)Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirementsSet measurable milestones for projects as well as continuous goal setting for ongoing programsCollect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide business insightsRun meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programsDocument standards for projects and ensure complianceManage internal and external stakeholdersA day in the lifeEvery day is different. You'll work both independently and collaboratively on projects, which may be at different stages of the project lifecycle, from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a program pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing a resourcing plan for another project. You will collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders.
Amazon is a data-driven business, so no matter which project you are implementing, part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You'll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams.
About the teamROCaaS Loss Prevention team is responsible for investigating security incidents occurring on PAN-EU level, collecting and reporting security incidents. The vision of the team by cooperating with other teams, aim to decrease the value loss and mitigate the security incidents.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience working in a program management role with multiple stakeholdersRelevant experience in analyzing quantitative data effectively to drive decisionsRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
