MHPH also provides GP services and a specialist clinic for Visiting Medical Officers within Mildura Health Private Consulting.MHPH is owned by Mildura Health Fund and the organisation is committed to deliver better health outcomes and improve the lives of people for the local community and extended communities throughout the Mallee, Far West NSW and Riverland in South Australia.The opportunityAn opportunity has become available for an experienced and high performing Manager IT Systems.Reporting jointly to the MHPH Chief Financial Officer and Mildura Health Fund (MHF) Executive Manager, Technology you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the various software applications at Mildura Health Private Hospital (MHPH) and work collaboratively with the MHF IT support team to ensure IT support services are provided effectively to MHPHWithin this role you'll be responsible for:Effective management of MHPH applications to ensure alignment to organisational requirements and compliantRelationship management with software developers to ensure high service levels to MHPHWorking collaboratively with the MHF IT teamBusiness liaison, prioritisation and planning for organisational IT requirements including advising and implementation of new functions and modules available to enhance and support the organisation.Manage staff support calls and ensure timely resolution of issues with assistance from MH IT team.Ensuring staff have appropriate training on relevant applicationsMaintaining documentation for software suppliers for all systems and modulesIT budgeting, activity and financial reportingReview MHPH applications for effectiveness and efficiencyThe ideal applicant will have high attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
